What we collect

Your food log, weight entries, body measurements, progress photos, macro targets, and the profile details you give us during setup (age, sex, height, weight, activity level, and optionally a body-fat estimate). That's it — no contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers.

How it's used

Your data exists to power your own tracking: daily totals, trends, and target recommendations. If you use photo features, images are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) solely to identify foods or estimate body composition, then the result is stored in your account. Photos are never used to train models and are never shared beyond that processing.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. Foods you create stay private to your account and never become shared database content.

Your control

You can export your complete diary as CSV from Settings at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. Deleting the app does not delete your account — contact us to erase everything.
